Support Wiki
All that you need to know about the Artist Box and other tech tips that Gill has compiled - please read through everything before asking any questions.
Telegram AI Bot
This is a bot linked to the Support Wiki's info. You can ask any question by starting with the prefix /help (e.g. /help how do I link my artist box to my work?) - the bot will automatically pull the answer from the wiki. If it doesn't have the answer, you can raise a specific query - either file a tech support ticket (see below), or via the Telegram bot using the prefix /ticket.
Tech Support Ticket
If you have any specific questions that can't be answered in the wiki, you can raise a tech support ticket and Gill will respond accordingly.
Google Drive
Our shared drive with our production timeline, key dates, site recce video, and where you can update your work's progress in the relevant tabs, so our team can do a bulk review + response internally. This is more efficient than email threads, and you'll get a chance to see what other artists are doing on their projects too.
Catch-up Meeting Mandatory
A one-off 1hr session with Gill and Clarice. Please come prepared with the details of how you envision your work's interactions - e.g. duration, what happens when it's idle, what happens if someone walks away halfway, what happens when the work is "complete", and how it resets - so Gill knows how to programme your Artist Box.
